LA to New York in 45 hours 37 minutes

From @ALJR86 FSD desk

Stopwatch held at the New York finish, 45 hours 37 minutes on the clock
The finish still from the original post — the team’s clip stays on X.

Tesla FSD just drove a Model 3 from LA to New York in 45 hours 37 minutes 50 seconds with zero interventions, a new autonomous Cannonball record, the team says.

Zack (@BLKMDL3), Dan Burkland (@DBurkland) and Aaron (@AaronS5_) say FSD v14.3.7 did 100% of the driving over 2,871 miles, Superchargers only, and parked itself at every charger. That works out at nearly 63 mph coast to coast, charging stops included.

45:37:50. Zero interventions. Self-reported. Not a sanctioning body in sight — and that is the sentence that has to stay attached to the time.

It takes the record back from a July team’s 47 hours 15 minutes, which had beaten this same trio’s May run. Burkland’s video shows the stopwatch stopping at the finish. I am not embedding that tape here. The numbers are the story. The clip belongs on their accounts, and on the original post.

A coast-to-coast with nobody touching the wheel is the kind of number I put in the first line. It is also the kind of number that only counts if you keep the caveat in the same breath.
