SpaceX Super Intelligence just shipped Grok Voice 3.0 — #1 on Artificial Analysis's speech-to-speech index at 86.9.
Per @SpaceXSI, Starlink call centers already run it on about 20,000 customer calls a day. Roughly 70% resolve with no human in the loop: one agent verifies the customer, troubleshoots the dish, issues a credit and ships a replacement. One in four sales calls ends in a purchase before hang-up.
The same stack handles millions of hands-free Tesla cabin conversations a day, answering in under a second.
